Great news.

Google and Yahoo are implementing changes to reduce the amount of spam we receive.

The changes start rolling out in February.

There are a number of technical tasks we need to do to be compliant with Gmail and Yahoo Mail.

If you don’t implement the tasks, your bulk email from systems like ConvertKit or ActiveCampaign will be rejected by Gmail and Yahoo Mail.

69% of my email subscribers use a Gmail account so I implemented the changes.

The effort already paid off.

My email open rates used to hover around 30% which isn’t bad by today’s email standards.

After implementing the changes, my open rates now average 52%.

Here’s a summary of what you need to do before February.

These are very technical tasks that I’ve been doing for years.

If you need help implementing these changes, reply to this story and let me know you would like help.
